الخدمة
عزبتي تطبيق لإدارة عزبة الإبل، تستخدمه مجاناً. نطوّره باستمرار، وقد نضيف مزايا أو نغيّر أخرى، ونخبرك بما يمسّ بياناتك.
حسابك
تدخل بحساب Apple، وأنت مسؤول عن حمايته. ومن أعطيته كوداً يصل بياناتك بالصلاحيات التي حددتها له — فأعطِ الكود من تثق به، واسحبه متى شئت بتغييره.
بياناتك ملكك
ما تُدخله في عزبتي ملكك أنت، لا ندّعي فيه حقاً ولا نستخدمه لغير تشغيل الخدمة لك. تصدّره أو تحذفه متى شئت من داخل التطبيق.
ما لا يُستخدم فيه
لا تستخدم التطبيق لما يخالف نظام دولة قطر، ولا لرفع محتوى ليس لك حق فيه، ولا لمضايقة أحد أو انتحال صفته. والإعلانات العامة لصاحب التطبيق ومن يعتمده، ونحذف ما يخالف ذلك.
حدود المسؤولية
نبذل ما نستطيع ليعمل التطبيق ويحفظ بياناتك: نسخ تلقائية يومية، ونسخة فورية إذا نقصت بياناتك فجأة. لكنه يُقدَّم كما هو، ولا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء ولا استمرار الخدمة بلا انقطاع.
احتفظ بنسخة احتياطية من «ملفي ← النسخة الاحتياطية» — هي حمايتك الأخيرة، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية فقد بيانات لم تحتفظ بنسخة منها.
وقرارات عزبتك قرارك: التطبيق يعرض ما أدخلته ويحسب المسميات والمواعيد، ولا يغني عن رأي بيطري ولا عن تحققك بنفسك.
إنهاء الاستخدام
تحذف حسابك متى شئت من «ملفي ← حذف حسابي»، فيُمحى كل ما يخصّك. ولنا أن نوقف حساباً يخالف هذه الشروط، بعد إخطارك حيث أمكن.
القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة دولة قطر.

Terms of Use — Ezbati (English)
The service: Ezbati is a free app for managing a camel ranch. We develop it continuously and will tell you about changes that affect your data.
Your account: you sign in with Apple and are responsible for keeping that account secure. Anyone you give a code to reaches your data with the permissions you set; regenerate the code to revoke access.
Your data is yours: we claim no rights over what you enter and use it only to run the service for you. Export or delete it at any time from inside the app.
Acceptable use: do not use the app unlawfully, upload content you have no right to, or harass or impersonate anyone. Public announcements are limited to the app owner and those they authorise.
Liability: the app is provided as is. We take daily automatic backups and an immediate one if your data drops suddenly, but we do not warrant it is error-free or uninterrupted. Keep your own backup — we are not liable for data you did not back up. Ranch decisions remain yours; the app is not a substitute for veterinary advice.
Termination: delete your account any time from Profile → Delete my account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where possible.
Law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
